Kosgoda Shooting : A Suspect Arrested

A suspect aged 22, resident of Nanathota, Kosgoda has been arrested in connection with the shooting and killing of four people in Kosgoda.

The incident occurred on October 29^th , when two individuals travelling on motorcycles carried out the shooting with the use of T-56 fire arms. Shootings took place at three different locations in Kosgoda.

Four individuals were killed as result of this shooting. According to the police, the suspect had been identified by the wife of a victim, and was arrested in the Katuwila area on Sunday.

He will be produced before the Balapitiya Magistrate Court today (13).
