‘Mahinda Chinthana’ PART- II will come up with UPFA Election Manifesto

 

Ex-Parliamentarian Vasudeva Nanayakkara stated that the United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Election Manifesto has been already drafted and will be released within a week.

Adding further he said that a special convention will be held to release the manifesto. It will also include some principles of ‘Mahinda Chinthana’.

Nanayakkara further mentioned that a special supervisory committee has been proposed under the manifesto to make sure that its promises are carried out.

Commenting on the election campaign, he mentioned that rallies will take place in five of the constituencies in Ratnapura District.
