Colour Blind husband Seeks Divorce From His Wife

Thambuththegama police received a complaint from a person, who was married to a woman five years back. In his complaint, he claimed that he expected his wife’s colour would become fair in time to come. But it has not realised. With her current skin complexion he cannot live with her.

Thambuththegama police summoned both the husband and the wife and inquired into this complaint. Wife alleged that her skin colour is not the issue. But he has developed an illicit affair with another women. Hence, he seeks divorce. Further she said, that they were living happily until this affair started.

Police is at a loss as to what to do next?
