Jaffna High Court Judge Orders Army Commander to Appear in Court

On 19 th July 1996 twenty four (24) youths from Navatkuli area were arrested by the Army. Thereafter they disappeared. A case was filed demanding to produce them in court. When this case was taken up for inquiry, Jaffna High Court Judge Manickavasakar Ilancheliyan ordered the Army Commander to appear in the court on 18 th January 2018.
