Arrest Warrant  Issued to Arrest  Jaliya  Wickramasuriya

Former Sri Lankan Ambassador  to America, Jaliya Wickramasuriya  was charged for misusing  considerable amount of US dollars  during his tenure as Ambassador. He was arrested and remanded by the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court.  He filed an application at the High Court and got his release to go and get treatment in USA .

When this case was taken up today,  the  Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court  had issued  arrest  warrant  to arrest him and produce before it.
