A malicious and scurrilous country wide SMS campaign over mobile phones ,by unknown unruly elements, led to panic buying of  both petrol and diesel and long queues  have been formed  in petrol stations.  The Petroleum Ministry assured  sufficient stock of fuel in the  country .

The  Ministry of Petroleum has given telephone number  0115455130 for consumers to  contact,  if they face any fuel issues in the  country.
