“Fast Unto Death” Threat by MFSPA, if SAITM Not Abolished

The Medical Faculty Students’ Parents Association (MFSPA) threatens that it will once again commence their ‘fast unto death’ protest should the government fail to abolish SAITM in the near future.

President of the MFSPA Nimal Karunasiri stated that the government should keep to their promise and take all necessary steps to abolish the South Asian Institute of Technology and medicine immediately. If not they will resort to “fast unto death “ campaign.
