Western Province 2018 Budget Passed With 75 Majority Votes 

The Western Province Budget for 2018 was passed in the council with a majority of 75 votes yesterday (12). While 80 councillors voted for it, 5 voted against it. JVP councillors voted against and Councillor Upali Kodikara abstained from voting.
