Sriyani Wijewickrama Sworn in As State Minister of  Provincial Council & Local Government

MP Sriyani Wijewickrama, who crossed over from  Joint Opposition to the Government side has been sworn in as State Minister for Provincial Council and  Local Government  today (15).
