Cabinet Proposal to Construct Two Coal Power Plants Rejected

Dr.Sarath Amunugama and Rajith Siyambalapitiya have jointly submitted a cabinet paper proposing to construct two coal power plants of 600 mega watts each. This cabinet proposal was rejected by the cabinet yesterday (19).
