Three Women Fighting for the One and the Same Husband

In Bandaragama area a man had married three women. Whenever he got friendlier with a women, he hides his marriage and propose to marry the women. He is a habitual womanizer.

Bandaragama Police received an emergency call through 119 and the information given was that two women were fighting fiercely at Bandaragama Sangamithaa Mawatha.

Police called over at the scene observed that two women were trying to drag a man from both side and attacking each other.  Police has arrested the male and two women.

In the inquiry held at the police station, it transpired that the man concerned had married both women using forged birth certificates. Already he was married before marrying this two women.   He has two children each in his first and the second marriage. One women who was quarrelling has already married to another man in her previous marriage. She has abandoned her two children and married this man. He married three women from Panadura, Alupolumula and Balangoda respectively.

Police has file charges against this 39 year old man under bigamy for marrying three women.
