Weather Forecast For 28th December 2017

Light showers will occur at a few places in the Uva provinces and in the Hambantota district.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at few places in Sabaragamuwa province and in Galle, Matara and Kaluthara districts after 2.00pm.

Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere.

Fairly strong gusty wind (up to 40 kmph) can be expected in Uva provinceColombo, Gampaha and Hambanthota districts.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
