Island Wide Best Results in 2017 G.C.E.(A/L ) Examination
As per the results released online last night that out of total of 253,483 students sat for the G.C.E.A/L examination, 163,104 students have been qualified to gain entrance to universities, says Examination Department.In the meantime results of 205 students were withheld due to various irregularities, Commissioner General of Exams Sanath Pujitha said.
The department also announced that the closing date for re-correction is January 15, 2018. Hence applications for re- correction should be forwarded to the Examinations Department before that date.
