One of the Suspects Freed in Vidya’s Case Was Arrested & Remanded Again
Poobalasinham Indrakumar is one of the suspects arrested and remanded in connection with the murder of Vidya Sivaloganathan of Punguduthivu in 2015. He had threatened a police officer when he was being arrested over Vidya murder case. However, at the end of the trial and verdict, he was freed.
But he was arrested again in the case where he threatened a police officer while discharging his official duties. When he was produced before the Kayts Magistrate yesterday (Jan. 03), he was remanded till 17th.
Indrakumar was arrested in September 2017 after he had allegedly threatened a police officer when he was being arrested over Vidya murder case.
