MP Wijeyadasa’s Security Reduced

When MP Wijedasa was holding the Cabinet Ministerial post of  Buddha Sasana and Justice.

He was given  a security contingent of 6.  In August 2017, President Maithripala Sirisena removed Wijeyadasa from his Cabinet Ministerial post on a request made  by the United National Party.  Followed by this he resigned from the Constitutional Council.

After doing a security risk assessment the security detail assigned to MP Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe has been reduced to 2.
