Indonesian President Joko Widodo Will Arrive in Srilanka Today

Indonesian President Joko Widodo will arrive in the island today on an official two day state visit on the invitation of President Maithripala Sirisena.

The Indonesian President will be accorded a ceremonial welcome with guard of honour and twenty one gun salute at the Presidential Secretariat this evening which will be followed by official bilateral discussions with President Sirisena on a wide range of issues of mutual interest.

Several Memorandam of Understanding are to be inked between the two countries during the visit.
