Interim Order For Gotabaya Extended

The interim order issued by the Court of Appeal preventing the FCID from taking action against Gotabaya Rajapaksa under the Public Property Act was extended till 15^th February  by the Court of Appeal yesterday.

Former defence secretary Rajapaksa had sought an order to prevent the FCID from taking action against him under the Public Property Act in connection with the misappropriation of state funds during the construction of the D.A. Rajapaksa Memorial Museum.
