JO Avoids Party Leaders’ Meeting Convened by President Today…….

 President Maithripala Sirisena has convened an emergency party leaders’ meeting today   to discuss the bond report at the Presidential Secretariat. The number of pages in the bond report distributed to parliamentarians in parliament was not a complete document, where some pages were missing.

The President is expected to inform party leaders, the reason for withholding certain pages.

MP Udaya Gammanpila, has disclosed hat leaders of the Joint Opposition have indicated that they will not attend the meeting.
