A Section of Galle Road Will Remain Temporarily Closed

A section of Galle road will remain temporarily closed this morning for rehearsals of the 70th Independence day celebrations.

Galle road from Galle Face Green roundabout to the old parliament roundabout will be cordoned off from 7am to 12pm over the course of the next three days, Police Headquarters said.

Motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
