Mahinda Hinted Sarcastically  Wi-Fi  is The Burning Issue of the Country Today….

Commenting on Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s renewed pledge that free public Wi-Fi will be made available by the year end, Former president and MP Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday said, sarcastically that villagers are asking for Wi-Fi instead of fertilizer for their farms.

Answering journalist why he avoided participating in the bond debate in Parliament yesterday (6), he said as he was to attend a meeting in  Kantale  and the debate  fixed for 3 days, he could participate on the last day. Had it been confined to one day he would have spoken, he concluded.
