ITAK  Selected Arnold As Mayor of Jaffna Municipal Council  

Former  Jaffna Municipal Councillor Arnold was unanimously  selected as the mayor of the Jaffna Municipal Council .

This decision was arrived  at the meeting held with it’s members  held at the head office of the Illankai Tamil Arasu Katchchi (ITAK)  at Martin Road.

ITAK leader Mavai Senathirajah, Siththarththan , Srikanthan and Sumanthiran participated in this meeting. Some of the elected  members  reported to have  preferred Solamon Cyril to Arnold for the mayor post and informed the leader Mavai Senathiraja.
