Gota’s Avant Garde Case Fixed For Inquiry on 26th March

The Bribery Commission (BC) filed 19 charges against the former defence secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and seven others for causing a Rs.11.4 billion loss to the government by permitting Avant Garde Maritime Services (Pvt) Limited to operate a floating armoury.

When the case was taken up today, the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court has  postponed  the case to March 26 for inquiry.
