Cabinet Approves Audit Bill with Amendments

Earlier some of the higher officials in the state sector registered their protest to empower the Auditor General to order surcharge. Hence, there was a delay in the past to approve audit bill.

However, the Cabinet approved Audit bill with amendments today.
