The Court’s Deadline to Arjun Mahendran to Report Lapses Today

The CID was successful in serving the court summons to former Central Bank governor.

Summons couriered through express mail to Mahendran’s address in Singapore not delivered as he was not at the address given by Mahendran.

Although Mahendran had notified the courier that he would be returning to Singapore in February, there is no signs of his presence in Singapore.

Meanwhile the deadline given to Mahendran to appear before the court ends today (8).
