Open Arrest Warrant Issued Against Udayanga

Today  the Fort Magistrate has issued an open warrant for the arrest of Former Ambassador  to Russia Udayanga Weeratunga.

The order calls for Udayanga Weeratunga to be arrested and produced  before the court.
