The New App Launched to Prevent Spreading of Dengue Among Students

A mobile phone application was launched to prevent the spread of dengue infections among school students in Sri Lanka.
This event was held at Colombo Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall yesterday (27).
This application was named as “Dengue Free Child”. The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, the University of Colombo and the Nanvang Technical University of Singapore have jointly produced this application.
This app helps you to find the most dangerous dengue and other suspected fevers.
This application enables one to identify the mosquito breeding grounds and the spreading of dengue in human body.
The new application is believed to be able to raise awareness among parents and children.
