A Decisive SLFP Meeting on 2nd April to Decide On the No-Confidence Motion

The Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) has decided to hold a decisive meeting 48 hours before the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister taken up for debate and voting in Parliament.
General Secretary of the United People’s Freedom Alliance Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said, that a discussion on April 02 would be held in the official residence of the president Maithripala Sirisena in connection with no confidence motion.
The party’s parliamentary committee is to participate in the meeting. He further stated that the final decision on the no-confidence motion will be made at this meeting.
