Provincial Council Election On Old System…..

Elections are conducted on mixed new system, which constitute proportional representation and ward /electoral basis.  In establishing local councils, difficulties experienced in some councils. Having considered the difficulties faced after the conclusion of the local government election, political party representatives agreed to conduct the provincial council election on the old system.
