President to Address at Commonwealth Business Forum Today

President Maithripala Sirisena is scheduled to address the Commonwealth Business Forum in London today (18).

President Sirisena has been invited to deliver the key note speech at the conference on achieving sustainable development goals.

The President landed in the United Kingdom on Monday to attend the 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

The President will accordingly take part in CHOGM, of which the theme this year is “Towards a Common Future”, with special attention given to areas of prosperity, security, fairness and sustainability to achieve the goals of Commonwealth countries.
