Cleaning School Premises on Sunday
The Ministry of Education has organized a cleanup programme in all schools on Sunday prior to the commencement of the 2nd school term for 2018.
All schools have been informed of the programme by the Education Ministry. The programme is scheduled to get underway with the support of the school community including parents and teachers.
This cleanup programme is aimed to prevent the spread of dengue mosquitoes due to the upcoming South West monsoon rains.
