Flights From BIA Delayed

Due to prevailing dust storms in India and technical glitches experienced by several aircrafts, the Sri Lankan Airlines yesterday announced flight delays. Even today flight delay  continues.

Bandaranaike International Airport announces that 3 flights that are scheduled to depart from the airport will be delayed today (4).

Accordingly, the flight UL 165 which was due to take off at 7.35 am will leave the BIA at 12.30 pm.

The flight UL 129 to Chennai scheduled to leave at 8.35 am will now depart at 10.10 am.

The BIA said that the flight UL 281 which was originally scheduled to depart at 2.25 pm will now take off at 5.05 pm.
