Floods Caused Closure of Kaduwela Interchange

The Road Development Authority said that several places in Biyagama have inundated hence the interchange has become impassable.

So RDA was forced to close the Kaduwela interchange of the Colombo Outer – Circular Road.
As an alternative vehicles coming from Kadawatha can exit from Athurugiriya while the vehicles arriving from Matara and Galle could exit using the Kotalawela exit.
