The Department predicted over 100mm of rains in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, and Central and North-Western provinces as well as in Galle and Matara districts.
Met Department further says that the rainy weather prevailing in the country’s North-West and Northern districts could further rise from today (May 23) onwards.
