Vegetable Prices Rises Up Due to Adverse Weather

Due to prevailing adverse weather, vegetable production in the hill country  had been badly affected.
Hence, prices of vegetables soared up in the market, Dambulla Economic Center sources said.
Prices of some vegetables such as beans, carrot, leeks and capsicum have soared up to Rs 300 per kilo gram yesterday.
