Showers or Thundershowers will occur at times in Western, Southern, Sabaragamuwa, Central and North-Western provinces and fairly heavy falls above 75 mm can be expected at some places.

Showers or thunder showers may occur at few places in Uva province and in Batticaloa and Ampara districts after 2.00p.m.

Light showers may occur at few places in Anuradhapura district.

Fairly strong gusty winds up to 50kmph can be expected over Uva and Southern provinces.
