Weather Forecast For 08th June 2018

Due to active south-west monsoon, windy and showery conditions are expected to continue over the island and in the sea areas around the island in next few days.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, Central and North-Western provinces.

Heavy falls above 100mm can be expected at some places in Sabaragamuwa, Western and Central provinces and in Galle and Matara districts.

Strong gusty winds up to 60 kmph can be expected over the island particularly in Western, Southern, Central, Northern, North-central and North-western provinces and Monaragala district.
