Palitha Range Bandara’s Son Yashoda Arrested

State Minister Palitha Range Bandara’s son , Yashoda has been arrested by Police in connection with a road accident.

The suspect was involved in a road accident in Arachchikattuwa in the early hours of Wednesday.

Police said officers of the Arachchikattuwa Police arrested the suspect while being treated at the Sri Jayewardenepura Hospital.

He is charged for driving under the influence, the illegal use of a state asset and the possession of a sword.

He will be produced before Court today (8).
