Mystery Revolves Round the Death of a Woman in Kotahena

Police have recovered the body of a woman inside a house in Kotahena last night (19). She is suspected to be murdered.

The deceased, a resident of Jaffna, was a 35-year-old mother of 4, and she had been working at this house as a domestic servant.

She reported to have been alone at the house, which belongs to a shop owner in Second-cross Street in Pettah.

The postmortem will be conducted today.
