A ‘Fast unto Death’ By Buddhist Monks of BBS Demanding Bail for Gnanasara Thera

The appeal made by Ganansara Thero for bail will be taken up for inquiry tomorrow (22).

Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) organization says that they will commence a ‘fast unto death’ if the imprisoned Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero does not receive bail within tomorrow.

National Organizer of the organization Witharandeniye Nanda Thero stated that a group of Buddhist monks of BBS have already commenced a fast yesterday (20), near the Bo tree in Fort.

Witharandeniye Nanda Thero made these statements while joining the fast.
