Weather Forecast for 01th July 2018

Possibility of evening thunder showers in the Eastern and Uva provinces is still high.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Eastern, Uva, Central, North-central and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Vauniya and in Mullaitivu districts after 02.00 pm.

Light showers will occur in Sabaragamuwa and Western provinces and in Galle and Matara districts during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity
