High Priced Cancer Drug Prices to be Reduced- Rajitha

While speaking at a meeting held at Ingiriya yesterday (3) Health Minister Dr. Rajitha Senaratne said that the high priced cancer drugs would be reduced.

The price of these drugs was about two hundred and 85 thousand rupees and the government has reduced the price to 1lakhs and 44 thousand.

Health Minister Dr Rajitha Senaratne said that two cancer drug companies have applied for permission to establish and operate in Sri Lanka.
