TNA M.A. Sumanthiran Insists To Conduct Election under Any System

In coming October the period of three more regional councils end. Delimitation report submitted 5 months back. Under these circumstances dragging election is undemocratic. Hence conduct election either under old system or new system without postponing it, Sumanthiran said.
