National Blood Bank’s Director General Removed from Post with Immediate Effect

National Blood Transfusion Service Director General Dr. Rukshan Bellana has been removed from the post with immediate effect.

The decision has been made following a trade union action launched by workers over allegations of professional and financial misconduct of Director General.
