(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) has informed Colombo Magistrate’s Court that an Indian national arrested at the residence of the Operational Director of the Anti-Corruption Movement Namal Kumara revealed that he was aware of an assassination attempt of President Maithripala Sirisena, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his family members.
The CID had arrested the Indian national when he visited the house of Kumara, and currently being questioned on a detention order.
