Showers, thundershowers expected over most parts of the island – Met. Department

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Showers or thundershowers will be expected over the most parts of the island particularly in the evening or night, the Department of Meteorology said.

Showers or thundershowers may occur at several places in Western and Southern coastal areas in the morning too.

Heavy falls above 100 mm can be expected at some places in the Central, Uva, Sabaragamuwa, Northern, and North-Central Provinces.
