“Large scale foreign loans affect Sri Lanka” – Premier

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka is affected by the global economic crisis for taking large scale foreign loans instead of getting foreign investments after the war, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe stated.

He stressed that the countries which selected investments instead of loans had not been affected by the economic crisis.

The Prime Minister made these remarks addressing an event in Puttalam.
