(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) on Monday (01) announced the squad for the three match Twenty20 (T20) series against England.
The team is led by Ajay Kumar Reddy and Sunil Ramesh is the Vice-Captain. The matches will be held on 02, 03 and 04 October at SSE Sports ground, Thanisandra, Bengaluru.
The teams will also play a triangular series in Bengaluru and Goa with Sri Lanka being the new entrant. Indian team will also play a bilateral series against the Lankans following the tournament.
The squad for triangular series and bilateral series will be announced later. CABI in the release said it selected many new players keeping in mind the imminent blind cricket tournaments including the 3rd T20 World Cup in 2020 and 6th One Day International (ODI) World Cup in 2022.
