12 New Secretaries appointed: Hemasiri Fernando appointed as Defence Secretary

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Hemasiri Fernando appointed as the Secretary of Defence a short while ago, the President Media Division (PMD) said.

Accordingly, a total of twelve new Secretaries have been appointed to respective Ministries.
