EU welcomes peaceful resolution to political crisis in Sri Lanka

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The European Union (EU) Monday (17) stated that it welcomes the peaceful and democratic resolution of the political crisis in accordance with the Constitution of Sri Lanka.

“We commend the resilience of Sri Lanka’s democratic institutions and will continue to support its efforts towards national reconciliation and prosperity for all,” the EU further added.
