Parliamentary session commenced: 3 UPFA MPs cross over to Government

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The parliamentary session commenced a short while ago and the Speaker has announced, Mahinda Rajapaksa as Leader of the Opposition and Mahinda Amaraweera as Chief Opposition Whip.

It is noteworthy that this is the first parliamentary session after Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s new appointment.

Further,  UPFA MPs Vijithamuni Soyza, Indika Bandaranayke and Lakshaman Seneviratne cross over to Government.
